You'll choose and rank discussion topics on a pre-meeting questionnaire. The meeting will be structured to focus on the hot-button topics evoking the most interest.

• There will be tons of in-depth sharing. 1½ days of shirt-sleeve, roundtable discussions are devoted to the crucial problems in the day-to-day operations of publishing companies. Plus, there's time to meet with your colleagues outside of the meeting room to continue sharing in a more informal setting.

• Discussions are marked by total candor. You can freely share what's working and find out what others are doing in a guaranteed confidential setting.

• The meeting is limited to a small group of your peers. It's an intimate group; there will be time to discuss everyone's concerns. Bring your specific questions or problems to the table to get input from colleagues — often some of the most successful publishers in the industry. Attendees must be publishers or key staff members of a for-profit publishing company (SIPA members only).
