Shared Registrations:
$100 fee per shared registration
Two people may share one registration, but only one person may attend
per day. To offset additional registration costs, please add $100
to your regular registration fee. (Not valid for the Pre-Conference
Workshops.)
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received
by Friday, May 23, will receive a full refund. Cancellations
after May 239 and no-shows will not be given a refund and will be
responsible for full payment of registration fees.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
